We direct our efforts towards areas where we believe we can make the most impact. Therefore, we evaluate our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities based on three distinct yet mutually enriching principles.

Our Pro Bono & Social Responsibility Projects
Our Pro Bono mission aims to create an environment that supports volunteerism and provides opportunities for our colleagues through sponsorship activities, prioritizing community benefit and advancing the fundamental rights and opportunities of disadvantaged and vulnerable groups. Our attorneys operate on a voluntary basis in a wide range of areas, within the scope of our resources, from supporting legal regulations to assisting civil society organizations in protecting vulnerable groups and representing disadvantaged groups. Additionally, we collaborate with clients and social responsibility organizations that promote justice and legal awareness in our society.
Sustainability
We understand the importance of environmental sustainability for our country, employees, and clients. We strive to contribute to sustainability not only through our legal practices in environmental law and climate change but also by monitoring and reducing the environmental impacts and risks of our activities. In our operations, we make efforts to reduce, reuse, and recycle energy and natural resources.
Diversity & Inclusion
Diversity and Inclusion are integral to who we are. The diversity among our employees enables us to work seamlessly across different nations, cultures, and fields. We believe that companies can be more successful the more diverse cultures and perspectives they possess. Our main goal is to provide equal opportunities and development possibilities to all our employees. Among our efforts are numerous initiatives aimed at ensuring that the professional careers of our employees are not affected during pregnancy and childbirth; we also have supplementary regulations regarding adoption and marriage for all our employees. Together, we strive to empower our employees both inside and outside the office, increase the number of women in leadership positions, and promote gender equality.

We create environments where individuals from all around the world bring their rich cultural backgrounds. We strive to celebrate the uniqueness of each individual and encourage all voices to be heard. Ethnicity holds different meanings in various communities, including the diverse clients, sectors, and locations we work with. LGBTQ+
We are committed to creating and maintaining a supportive and inclusive work environment where individuals with different sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions can contribute professionally and fully to the goals of our office. Diversity in our office is one of the key elements of our identity and strength, and we strive to build and embrace a culture that ensures everyone's development without exception.
Disability
We organize a series of activities within the company to support disability inclusion. Our activities primarily focus on educating ourselves and raising awareness for disabled individuals. As part of these efforts, our office building is equipped with wheelchair ramp entrances and accessible restrooms.
